There is a reason that understanding the context of what is said is so important... and it will amaze you at how often at how often children will challenge your mind to find the correct one.

Ex.

Ms. B decided that the students should make these cute little penguins for her wall outside the class. To make them you cut out the pieces and glue them on (in a order, that was of course not given) to make a cute little penguin with a scarf and hat.

Ms. B's first try... well it didn't go very well. So here I am at the back with her trying to make another faster than the students, so that we will have an example. student S of course beats me to the finish and comes up to ask how to glue it together.

Ms. B: Just hold on S, Mr. C and I are still making it out

S: oookkayyy and sits back down to watch us

I'm still cutting and pasting as fast as I can as more students come up to ask us, each time Ms. B tells them to go sit down and wait. S, trying to be helpful, yells at the class

S: Leave them alone, they are making out!
